URGENT: Mortgage Document Review Auditor

Bright, driven, reliable, accurate team players with experience in mortgage document review needed. MUST HAVE relevant experience. Must submit complete resume with relevant experience and cover letter for this position.

Must have a clean background check and be 100% reliable, on time, and accurate for this major project. This is an all-hands on deck position. You MUST be able to commit at least the next four months to this project (starting in mid-December) and have NO travel plans for the holidays.

COMPLETE DESCRIPTION:

Reviews Foreclosure Documents for Accuracy. Contacts law firms by phone to provide detailed instructions and feedback in order to obtain documents required. Updates and maintains pipeline spreadsheets to track progress of document retrieval and review.

DAY IN THE LIFE:

Employee will have a minimum of 8 applications open at any given time. Web Ex is the tool that will house the "files" needed to be audited for accuracy and completeness. Individual will toggle back and forth all day pulling information out of the various applications and spreadsheets to verify the documents are correct. Position will involve working with 60 to 70 foreclosure documents varying depending on which state they came from.

Individual will then reach out to attorneys for any missing, incomplete or inaccurate document. A master, massive spreadsheet will be used to track where everyone is on each file. 80% of your time will be spent Auditing and 20% contacting attorneys.

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00/hour.

ALLOWABLE EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUNDS:

Attorneys, Paralegals, Contract Attorneys, Mortgage Services, Underwriters, Mortgage Specialists, Auditors
Mortgage servicing or processing (back end process of loan processing)
Paralegals' that have worked with contract and document review; preferably touching real estate, etc.
Attorneys with the same background
Insurance underwriters with at least 2 years' experience.
Paralegals, lawyers, auditors with mortgage experience, mortgage processors would be great for this position.

NOT ALLOWABLE EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUNDS:

Loan Officers.
Insurance claims processors, etc.

Recent college graduate from the following colleges (with professional experience):

University of TX - any location
A&M University - Any location
Texas State
UNT
Baylor
TCU
Rice

MUST HAVE:

If you are an auditor, please focus your resume on document/contract auditing, NOT financial/accounting auditing. Your DOCUMENT AUDITING experience is very important to this position, not your financial/accounting auditing experience.
Exceptional computer skills
Extremely strong skills in Microsoft Excel
Great attitude, high intelligence, and team-player mindset
Must show eagerness to do what it takes to succeed
Must have professional experience in an office setting
Clean background and references are essential

SCHEDULE: You will work through the holidays for this large project. Given the very tight deadlines the client has request no time off or travel during the holidays.
