Advisory Board


Mike Fuller
Former Sr. Executive Office, Optum Inernational: Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) Division

Prior to joining EGP's Board of Advisors, Michael S. Fuller served as the Senior Executive Officer of Optum International's Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) division. Optum is the services division of UnitedHealth Group, one of the world's largest healthcare companies.

Prior to the role of Sr. Executive Officer, Mr. Fuller served as COO, International, and drove strategies around global acquisitions and their integration, with particular focus on China, the Middle East, and Europe.

Immediately prior to joining Optum, Mr. Fuller served as Executive Vice President of Berlitz International. In that role, he developed new consulting and services capabilities around Global Leadership and Cultural Consulting.

Prior to joining Berlitz, Mr. Fuller held key executive leadership roles at IBM spanning more than 20 years. A key role included building one of the largest data analytics businesses on the planet—to thousands of consultants and service professionals worldwide. Mr. Fuller built the team from the ground up to ultimately become the Global Practice Leader of industry-aligned Business Intelligence Practices focused in the Public Sector (Health, Government, Education), Financial Services, and Retail.


Deborah Dean
Senior Vice President, Vision IT Talent Management Solutions

Deborah Dean serves as Senior Vice President of Talent Management Solutions for VisionIT, a global leader in the areas of information technology consulting, managed services, staffing and vendor management. For more than 15 years, VisionIT combines focus, agility, streamlined operations and the most talented IT professionals to deliver unmatched services to many Fortune 500 corporations and large government agencies. With 20 U.S. offices, personnel in 38 U.S. states, and global operations in Puerto Rico, Mexico and India, VisionIT operates FAST.

As Senior Vice President, Dean manages all VisionIT staffing engagements, while overseeing the development of new business solutions for its customer base.

With more than 20 years of experience in the staffing industry and a keen understanding of the U.S. workforce and the issues that drive performance, Dean brings significant skill to VisionIT's Talent Management and business solutions. Her expertise incorporates a unique understanding of supply chain logistics in the recruiting and staffing environment, as well as the distinct requirements of Fortune 500 companies. Dean's diverse background also includes significant global experience, supporting international assignments for clients in Canada, Mexico, the U.K., France, Holland, Denmark, Switzerland, Norway, Australia and New Zealand.

Prior to joining VisionIT, Dean served as Senior Vice President of strategic accounts for Spherion Corporation, responsible for sales and service excellence for approximately 60 of Spherion's largest account relationships. Dean also formerly served as Vice President for Spring Group's global sales and strategic marketing efforts and was responsible for the launch of the company's Vendor Management solution. Previous leadership positions also include Vice President of sales for TRS Staffing Solutions and Director of New Business Development for GRI PeopleNet, a subsidiary of Ford Motor Company.

Dean is an active member of Supply Chain Leaders in Action, an exclusive think tank on supply chain & logistics made up of major corporations who contribute 1.5 trillion collectively to the economy.

Dean earned her bachelor's degree from Alma College in Alma, Michigan.

 

Sandeep Gauba
President & CEO, Metasys Technologies Inc.

Sandeep Gauba serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Metasys Technologies Inc. (MTI), a leading provider of Category Management Services, Outsourcing and Professional Staffing solutions.

Sandeep is responsible for creating and driving the company's vision and strategy with a key focus to help its clients win in the global marketplace. He is passionate about delivering value, and believes that open, trusting relationships led by knowledgeable teams that collaborate are the key to creating sustainable competitive advantage.

Sandeep has over 15 years of experience in supply chain management with expertise in cost management, performance reporting, services procurement, workforce management and staffing. A strong leader in leveraging technology to deliver strategic gains, Sandeep has consistently created transformational value for several Fortune 1000 and mid-market companies.

Sandeep currently serves on the Strategic Committee and the Board of TAG (Technology Association of Georgia), is a former President of USPAACC-SE and has served on numerous Boards including the Georgia Minority Supplier Diversity Council.

Sandeep has an undergraduate degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a MBA from the University of Maryland. He belongs to the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor society.

Under Sandeep's leadership, Metasys has been recognized on Atlanta Business Chronicle's list of "A+ Employers – Best Places to Work in Atlanta". In 2008, the US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce honored MTI as one of the 50 Fastest growing businesses in the US, and in 2007, MTI was presented the National Supplier of the Year Award by the National Minority Supplier Diversity Council.

As an active member of the community, he is an alumnus of Leadership Atlanta and is involved in several organizations such as the American Cancer Society and the United Way. Sandeep is particularly passionate about serving children and the elderly. He volunteers at a Senior Citizen Program in Atlanta and teaches teenagers over the weekends.


Margaret Jordan
CEO, Dallas Medical Resource

Ms. Jordan is president & CEO of Dallas Medical Resource, a consortium of leaders from the business and health care community organized to develop the region as a major center for health care and to address issues affecting the viability of the health care delivery system. Formerly, she was Executive Vice President for Corporate Affairs at Texas Health Resources, Arlington, TX, where she was responsible for stakeholder relationship management, government relations, community health and benefit, system diversity initiatives, and the associated foundations.

Ms. Jordan earned an MPH from the University of California - Berkeley and a BSN from Georgetown University and is a graduate of the Advance Management Program, Harvard University, School of Business.


Hattie Hill
CEO, Hattie Hill Enterprises, Inc.

Hattie Hill has over thirty years experience as a businesswoman, Author, professional speaker and international management consultant. Her expertise in Global Leadership, Customer Service, Diversity and Inclusion has been shared with major organizations throughout North America and 51 countries. She is regularly quoted in local and national publications such as The Wall Street Journal and USA Today on matters concerning human relations in Corporate America. Ms. Hill is also the author of 3 books.

Ms. Hill was honored to be named in the 2012 Inaugural Edition of Who's Who in Black Dallas as an Interesting Personality. In 2011 she was named as one of Forbes Top Texas Women in Business and honored with the Women's Foodservice Forum "2011 Outstanding Board Service Award." Ms. Hill was a recipient of the 2008 Maura Award and the 2008 Dallas Business Journal Minority Business Leaders Award. She also received the 2007 Trumpet Awards "High-Heels in High Places". Ernst & Young honored Ms. Hill as the recipient of the first Ernst & Young 2007 "Inclusiveness Champion of the Year".

Ms. Hill served as the Chairperson of the Dallas Convention and Visitors Bureau 2011-2012. She continues to work with large and medium size companies to address Human Resources issues. As part of her commitment to leadership and her community, Ms. Hill has served on the following boards:

(Ret.) Lt. Col. John Yourse
US Army Veteran, Government Policy Special Advisor

Upon graduation from Canisius College in 1986, Lt. Col. John Yourse was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Aviation Branch of the United States Army. His initial assignment was with the 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment, Fulda, Germany as helicopter unit Platoon Leader and Executive Officer during the protracted hostilities of the Cold War. After promotion to Captain, he proceeded to the Army's Officer Advanced Training Course with a follow-on assignment to the 1st Infantry Division, Ft. Riley, Kansas as an Operations Officer on the Aviation Brigade staff.

After a year on staff, he was selected for special duty as a United Nations Military Observer serving in Western Sahara (Morocco) as the Flight Operations and Army liaison officer directly responsible for flight operations, safety, and community coordination with military affairs. Captain Yourse was then assigned to Camp Stanley (Republic of Korea) as Company Commander of the Headquarters company of the 2nd Infantry Divisions Aviation Brigade. Captain Yourse then led Command and Staff operations at Ft Dix, N.J. and was subsequently promoted to Major.

In 1999 he rejoined the military as a member of the Texas Air National Guard to oversee the unit's Equal Opportunity program. In 2007, he accepted a voluntary deployment to the Middle East, and has since served as a National Guard Bureau I.G inspector of EO policy compliance, Executive Officer, Public Affairs Director and now staff officer at the Pentagon working on diversity policy, operations and outreach plans and execution..


Claude Pettus
Former Director of Business Development, Nokia Siemens Networks

Claude Pettus served as the Director of Business Development for Nokia Siemens Networks, where he was responsible for the partner management and strategic alliances activities in North America. In this role, Mr. Pettus helped spearhead the initiative to co-develop and launch new alliances marketing programs and shepherd the development of a NSN Alliances and Partner Strategy in North America.

Prior to joining Nokia Siemens Networks, Mr. Pettus held various management positions in sales and marketing at Siemens Communications and several leading communications and information technology companies. He has also served on the Siemens Corporation US Diversity Council representing Information and Communications Networks and ICN Diversity Council, served on the Siemens Corporation Synergy council for the US Public Sector, and represented Siemens Communications with the National Action Council for Minority Engineers and the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications.

Mr. Pettus has completed executive education programs at Duke University and Siemens Corporation. He also received Smart Grid Certification with Texas Institute in 2011.


(Ret.) Capt. Dr. Tyler Cooke
US Air Force Veteran, Diagnosic Radiologist and Government Policy Special Advisor

Dr. Cooke, a graduate of the Eastern Virginia Medical School and a member of the American College of Physicians, brings his knowledge in healthcare to EGP's expanding healthcare consulting division which assists healthcare and hospital systems across the nation with services such as business intelligence, strategic planning, financial, accounting, and operational consulting.

A practicing Diagnostic Radiologist in New Hampshire, Captain Dr. Cooke will be instrumental in assisting EGP in navigating its new General Services Administration Contract with the Federal Government.

In addition to having served as a General Medical Officer at Langley Air Force Base, Dr. Cooke has worked as a Medical Officer for the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society.

 

Charles Senteio
Founding CEO & President, Namamai Services, LLC

Charles Senteio has 17 years of management experience on five continents, focused on strategy formulation and execution. For the past several years he has concentrated on the health care industry, specifically working on various wellness initiatives for underserved populations across the United States, Central America, and Asia. A graduate of the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, he has been an entrepreneur in health care and consulting since 2004. After earning his undergraduate degree in mathematics and computer science and graduating from business school, he worked as a strategy consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton then Accenture, focusing on electronics and high technology clients. He is the founding CEO of Namamai Services, a Dallas-based health services firm licensed for Home Health and Hospice.

Mr. Senteio is currently a PhD student in the School of Information at the University of Michigan focusing on health informatics and health behavior. His specific research interests is in improving health outcomes for chronic disease patients though financially sustainable models of care delivery. His academic success has been recognized with the Rackham Merit Fellowship Award from the University of Michigan Rackham Graduate School. He also was recognized with the Alumnus of the Year award granted by the University of Michigan Ross School of Business Black Business Student's Association as well as the Corporate Sponsorship Award for his extensive work in forging successful partnerships between Accenture and the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. Mr. Senteio has a passion for continuous learning and teaching. In addition to teaching English Composition during Business School, Mr. Senteio has served as an Adjunct Instructor in the El Centro College (Dallas) Center for Allied Health and Nursing and taught College Mathematics. He has been recognized for his excellence in the classroom with two awards, the National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development (NISOD) Teaching Excellence Award and the Excellence In Teaching Award for Adjunct Faculty, El Centro College Health and Legal Division.

Mr. Senteio is very active in volunteering and serving in leadership positions on boards and supporter of various philanthropic activities. He currently serves as Chair of the Community Advisory Board for a NIH funded project focused on breast health for low income women in South Dallas. He also has served as Board Chair for not for profit organizations providing services to female formerly incarcerated persons and another that provides services to those impacted by HIV/AIDS and substance abuse. He also developed and taught a health class in a Texas State Jail for men within 24 months of release.
